Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If Pro or Business is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment for that plan and we refund, in full, everything you paid for it in those 30 days, an upgrade from Pro to Business included. You do not have to give a reason. The guarantee applies the first time an account buys each plan.

A renewal you did not mean to keep

Forgot to cancel? Ask within 7 days of a monthly renewal charge, and we refund that renewal in full and end the plan.

Billing mistakes

If you are charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full, whenever you tell us.

What a refund does

A refund ends the plan it is for when we issue it: its licence key stops working and the server goes back to the free plan. Every website, mailbox and DNS zone keeps running, and nothing on your server is deleted.

What is not refunded

• The rest of a month after you cancel. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for instead.
• A first payment more than 30 days old, or a renewal more than 7 days old.
• A complimentary period, which cost nothing.
• A plan we ended because our terms of service were broken, for example by sharing a licence key.

Where the law gives you a right to a refund in any of these cases, you still have it.

How to ask

Open a billing ticket from your account at my.uhostpanel.com, or write to support@uhostpanel.com from the email address on your account, and say which plan. We answer within our support reply times and refund the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually reaches your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds are made in US dollars, the currency you paid in, so your bank's exchange rate on the day may differ from the day you paid.

Disputes with your bank

Please talk to us first: a refund from us is quicker. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, the plan may be suspended while the dispute is open.

Your rights

This refund policy adds to your rights under the consumer protection law where you live, and takes none away. It is part of our terms of service.
